Easy Easter Peanut Butter Eggs Recipe

Easter is just around the corner and I am already making some tasty homemade Easter candy. Every year I whip up a batch of Peanut Butter Eggs, Buttercream Eggs and a batch of Coconut Cream Eggs that my family just loves! Here is one of my favorite recipes for you to enjoy.

Peanut Butter Eggs Recipe

46 oz. peanut butter, creamy
7 oz. marshmallow cream
2 lb. confectioners sugar
2 sticks butter
2 lb. chocolate

Mix all ingredients together except for the chocolate until blended and smooth in the Tupperware Thatsa Bowl. Form into an egg shape. Break up the chocolate into small pieces and place in the Tupperware Heat N Serve Container and microwave on high at 1 minute intervals, stirring in between intervals with the Saucy Silicone Spatula until chocolate is smooth and melted. Coat the egg shapes with melted milk or dark chocolate. Place the chocolate coated egg shapes onto the Tupperware Silicone Wonder non-stick baking mat and let them cool. Once cooled, store in the Tupperware Snack-Store container.

My husband loves peanut butter (who doesn't right?) so I'm sure I'll be making this! Thanks for the recipe Shelly.

These eggs sound so delicious. Save one for me for Easter. I am coming for dinner. LOL

Shelly you are welcome. You mentioned in another post that you love cinnamon so I had to send you some of Watkins Cinnamon to see how great it is. Glad you like it.
