Grandma's Old-Fashioned Meatloaf Recipe

We decided to try a new meatloaf recipe last night. The only additional thing we added to it was a little left-over spaghetti sauce on top and then baked it another 15 minutes. It was delicious!

Classic Meatloaf Recipe

1 pound ground hamburger, lean
½ pound ground Sirloin
½ pound ground top Round
2 large eggs, beaten
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Parsley
1 small onion chopped fine
½ cup fresh Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
¼ Cup Milk

Mix gently but thoroughly in a large bowl. Make loaf out of mixture and place into a loaf shaped baking pan. Bake at 350 uncovered about 50 minute or until golden brown

This meatloaf recipe also freezes well. I wrap mine in a double layer of plastic wrap and then insert it into one of those gallon sized zipper close bags. I label it and freeze it. We always eat ours up within 3 months.
