Seafood Salad Recipe

I love salads in the summertime especially ones made with seafood. Here is a simple but tasty recipe for you to try out.

Seafood Salad Recipe

2 cups cooked shrimp, crab meat, lobster (one or combine all 3 of them)
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
salt to taste
hard-boiled egg slices
shredded carrots
sliced tomatoes
lettuce leaves
lemon wedges

Combine the first 6 ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl. Cover bowl and chill for 3-4 hours to let juices marinate. To serve, spoon mixture onto a bed of lettuce leaves and garnish with egg, carrots, tomatoes and lemon wedges.
