Hershey's Cherry Cordial Creme Cookies Recipe

This is what I am baking today! Yummy and Delicious Hershey Kiss topped cookies! What is fun about this Hershey's recipe is that you can use whatever flavor of Hershey Kisses that you have. I have made this recipe with the Cordial Cherry Flavored Kisses and also with the Hershey Hugs. A friend of mine likes using the peanut butter filled kisses...so to each their own! Now here is the recipe!

Taken from the pkg. of Hershey Cordial Creme Kisses

Hershey's Cherry Cordial Creme Cookies Recipe

60 Hershey's kisses Milk Chocolate filled with Cherry Cordial Creme Kisses
1 pkg. original supreme brownie mix with syrup pouch
1/4 cup Hershey's cocoa powder
1/4 cup water
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 large eggs
powdered sugar (confectioner's sugar)

Remove wrappers from the Hershey kisses. Place in freezer several hours or overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour cookie sheet or line with a non-stick baking mat. (I use the Tupperware Silicone Non-Stick Baking Mat). Stir brownie mix, syrup pouch, cocoa, water, oil and eggs in a medium sized bowl until well blended. Drop by scant teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake 8 minutes or until done. Cool 3-4 minutes, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Immediately press frozen chocolate kiss into center of each cookie. Remove from cookie sheet to a wire rack for cooling. Makes 5 dozen cookies.
