My family loves brussel sprouts so I was happy to receive this recipe from Angie. We plant brussel sprouts every year in our summer garden and I am always looking for new recipes that use brussel sprouts. In case you didn't know, these vegetables are very healthy for you to eat and this is a great way to incorporate them into your diet.

Thanks for posting one of our very favorite recipes. It's so simple and hubby talks it up all the time. Maybe because it's the only thing I can cook? HA HA
We were just talking yesterday about possibly growing some tomatoes and now that you mention you grow brussel sprouts, that sounds interesting too.
I love brussel sprouts and I am going give your recipe a try, sounds delicious!
I SO LOVE Brussel sprouts!! but have no recipes for them....sounds YUMMY!!! going to try this this week!! ♥

(Problems spelling today)
We love brussel sprouts too and this sounds delicious.
I love sprouts, too! Esp. if you use the frozen kind, roasted sprouts are hard to mess up. I once used fresh, and found I should have blanched them first. The outsides got too toasty before the insides were tender. I think I read somewhere that [insert famous Food Network Chef] recommends frozen sprouts for home chefs. No wonder.
I really like them with a bit of ground coriander: http://culinspiration.wordpress.com/2009/01/05/roasted-brussel-sproutsasparagus/
this just might be the recipe i needed to actually LIKE brussel sprouts!
can't wait to try it (and veggie hubby will be excited, too)!
