Easy To Make Cheesy Potato Wedges Recipe

One of my family's favorite side dish potato recipes is this easy to make cheesy potato wedges recipe. We like it as a side dish to steaks, fish and chicken breasts. If you have a hard time getting kids to eat potatoes, this is a good recipe to try with them.

Cheesy Potato Wedges Recipe

6 medium russet potatoes
water
dash of salt
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. cheddar cheese

Scrub unpeeled potatoes. Cut into wedges. Boil 5 minutes in salted water. Drain and pat dry. Spread potatoes on lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with oil, spices and herbs. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
