How To Make A Classic Cheese Ball + Recipe

When it comes to making a homemade cheese ball, this is one of the recipes I like to use because its easy and everyone enjoys it when I make it for family gatherings or parties that I host here at my home. It is one of your classic cheese ball recipes.

Classic Cheese Ball Recipe

1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. ground green pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup fresh parsley

Mix all ingredients together (except for parsley) in a large bowl. Roll into a ball. Place parsley in a pie pan and roll your cheese ball in the parsley until its completely covered. Chill your ball for 1 hour before serving. You can serve a cheese ball on a tray with crackers, toasted bread, party bread or fresh veggie sticks.

Cheese balls are so good but I haven't had one in a long, long time. Sharp cheddar is the best!
