Crab Meat Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

This recipe is a great appetizer if you are hosting a party. It only uses 1 pound of fresh crabmeat. If time is an issue, you can prepare it ahead of time the day before & just refrigerate it. We love crab meat here in our home!

Crab meat Stuffed Mushrooms

2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 lb. crab meat
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of ground black pepper
1/4 cup buttered bread crumbs
Old Bay Seasoning (tm)

Remove stems from mushrooms. Chop stems and combine with crab meat, butter, salt and pepper. Mix well. Stuff mushroom caps with the crab meat mixture. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Sprinkle lightly with Old Bay Seasoning.
