Easy To Make Crab Meat Casserole Recipe

If you enjoy crab meat and like casserole dishes, this dish is a great combination of both. It is a great recipe for weeknight or weekend dinners. It only takes a few minutes to prepare and about a 30 to 35 minutes baking time.

Crab Meat Casserole Recipe

1 pint cream (half and half)
1 lb. pimento cheese
1 stick butter, softened
1 lb. noodles
1 lb. crab meat
1 sm. jar chopped pimentos
1/2 lb. sauteed fresh mushrooms

Make sauce by melting cream, pimento cheese and butter in a double boiler. Cook noodles according to package directions and arrange drained noodles in a large baking dish. Spread crab meat over noodles. Add chopped pimento and sauteed mushrooms to sauce and pour over noodles and crab meat. Bake at 350 degrees until casserole bubbles and browns slightly on top (about 35 minutes). Serves 4.
