Hot Bacon Dressing For Salads Recipe

If you like a hot dressing on your fresh salads, then I recommend this bacon dressing which is really easy to make. We like this dressing when we make fresh homemade garden style salads.

Hot Bacon Dressing Recipe

1/4 lb. bacon
1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
dash of salt
dash of ground black pepper
3/4 cup water

In a skillet, fry your bacon slices until crisp. (I use 5 slices of bacon). In a large bowl, combine flour, eggs, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and water. Crumble in the cooked bacon and mix until combined. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and boil for 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and let it slightly cool before serving it on a fresh salad.
