Madonna Gelatin Dessert Salad Recipe

This is a fabulous tasting jello dessert type of salad you can make for your family or special family dinners. You will need a Jello-ring to make it in which makes for a nice presentation.

Madonna Dessert Salad Recipe

1 (3 ounce) pkg. apricot gelatin mix
1/2 cup granulated sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 jar Gerber apricot baby food
8 oz. container Cool Whip
1 large can crushed pineapples with juice

In a saucepan, combine gelatin, pineapples with juice and granulated sugar. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for exactly 2 minutes and set aside to cool down. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese and jar of baby food. Fold in Cool Whip and then add in the gelatin mixture, stir until everything is combined. Pour this mixture into the Tupperware Jel-Ring Mold and seal. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours so that it firms up.
