Tupperware White Chocolate Amaretto Bananas Foster Recipe

This is another fabulous recipe by Tupperware Chef Stuart. It is quickly becoming a favorite here in our household since we love banana desserts. The recipe uses our stack cooker but if you don't have that item, you can make it in any microwave safe container that you have.

White Chocolate Amaretto Bananas Foster Recipe

4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Simple Indulgence White Chocolate Amaretto Dessert Blend
6 bananas, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup dark rum
1 store bought pound cake sliced into 6 pieces
whipped cream

Place butter and brown sugar in the Tupperwave (tm) 3 quart casserole, cover with the 3/4 quart casserole cover and cook for one minute in the microwave on the high setting.

Remove from microwave and using the silicone spatula, gently stir in the seasoning, bananas and rum. Cover again and cook an additional 6 minutes in the microwave on the high setting or until bananas are glazed and softened.

Place one slice of pound cake onto a plate and spoon banana foster sauce on top. Dollop with whipped cream if desired.

Okay I wondered what a banana foster was. I didn't know it was some kind of cake.

Crap! Pound cake is way too heavy for me.
