Easy To Make Meatloaf Muffin Cups Recipe

Do you have a favorite meatloaf recipe? If so, have you ever made your meatloaf in a muffin tin instead of a loaf pan? If not...give it a try sometime!

I often will make our meatloaf in a muffin tin as it saves on baking time. Plus, I love to freeze fully-cooked meals for future use...so baking my meatloafs in a muffin tin makes really nice portions that I can freeze easily. In addition, if you are dieting and looking for portion control, this is the way to go.

Just take your favorite meatloaf recipe (or look under my beef recipe catagory here on my blog for meatloaf recipes) and instead of baking it in a loaf pan, bake it in a muffin tin. You will cut down on your baking time and you don't have to grease your muffin tin as the beef doesn't stick.

If you are looking to freeze them for a future meal, let them completely cool and then wrap each one in plastic wrap or aluminum foil and then place into a zipper closure bag or plastic freezer container.

Love the idea of using the muffin tin and then freezing them. Great for portion control!
