Yummy Ham Pot Pie Recipe

I had some left over ham from a special dinner that I had made last month and had frozen my leftovers...so a few days ago I decided to thaw out my fully-cooked leftover ham and make some ham pot pie. For this recipe, I used pre-purchased pot pie squares from the grocery store.

Ham Pot Pie Recipe

4 cups of fully-cooked ham (pulled apart into bite size chunks)
1-3 teaspoons of ham bouillon paste
salt and pepper to taste
2-3 teaspoons parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
3 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 pkg. pot pie bows or pot pie squares

Fill a large pan with hot water and cook your potpie bows for 5 minutes and then turn down the heat. Add in your fully-cooked ham, bouillon paste, salt, pepper, parsley, onions, potatoes and carrots. Simmer this mixture over low heat for 45 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are done.
