Spaghetti with Broccoli Rabe, Garlic and Olive Oil Recipe by DeBoles

Today I am sharing with you this delicious recipe by DeBoles the makers of all-natural and organic pastas. This recipe is super easy to make and it's a heathier version of the traditional spaghetti recipe. To make this recipe you will need 1 box of DeBoles ~ Organic Spinach Spaghetti Style Pasta made with Jerusalem Artichoke Flour. This recipe will make 4 hearty servings.

Spaghetti with Broccoli Rabe, Garlic and Olive Oil Recipe

1 (8 ounce) box of DeBoles Spaghetti (see above)
1/2 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 garlic cloves, thickly sliced
1 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
2 bunches of broccoli rabe, cleaned & cut into 2" lengths
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Sea Salt and coarse ground black pepper (to taste)

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, reserving 1 cup of the cooking liquid. Set aside. In a large saucepan heat olive oil over medium heat, add the garlic and cook until golden, about 3 minutes. Add the red pepper flakes and cook for another 30 seconds. Add the broccoli rabe, season with sea salt and ground black pepper, stir to coat the broccoli rabe.
Add 1/2 cup of the cooking water, cover and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally until broccoli rabe is tender. Add an additional 1/2 cup of the cooking water to the sauce, add drained pasta, toss to coat evenly, cover and cook for an additional one minute.
Divide pasta between four bowls and generously sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top. Serve immediately. If you have any left-overs, place them in a covered container and refrigerate them for up to three days.
