Today I would like to introduce you to the foodie company called Brothers-All-Natural owned by brothers Matt and Travis Betters who makes a variety of all-natural food products such as freeze-dried all-natural Fruit Crisps, Disney Fruit Crisps, all-natural Potato Crisps and Fruit & Oats instant oatmeal.
Today I am reviewing their delicious Healthy Snacks called Fruit Crisps which are available in 7 fruit varieties. These are Freeze Dried Fruit with no preservatives and no sugar added to them! They make these delicious Fruit Crisps with luscious fresh fruit, straight from the best growing regions of the world. They then send it directly to their state-of-the-art freeze-dried process that gently removes the water from the fresh fruit and transforms it into a tasty fruit snack. These are perfect healthy snacks for adults and they make for the perfect healthy snack for kids.
The 3 varieties I am reviewing today are the Fruit Crisps in the Asian Pear, Strawberry-Banana and Peach flavors. Each 1/2 bag contains 2 servings of fruit so it's a great way to get your fruit servings into you (or the kids) every day. If you are monitoring your weight, each serving is 30-45 calories making them an ideal snack for dieters.
We recently had our 2 nephews and grand daughter over to the house and for snack time I opened the Asian Pear, Strawberry-Banana and Peach Fruit Crisps and served them to the kids. (hubby and I also had some). The kids really liked these fruit snacks and within an hour or so, all 3 bags were gone. As a mother, grandmother and aunt...I felt completely comfortable in giving them these healthy fruit snacks as I do not serve them unhealthy junk food when they are visiting me.
All 3 varieties tasted exactly like the fruit they are supposed to taste like and there was no nasty after-taste or bitterness to them. Each fruit slice was slightly crunchy but yet soft enough for those with delicate teeth or jaw problems and as a sufferer of TMJ...I appreciate that as I can't bite into hard fruits. Would I ever purchase these healthy fruit snacks for my family? You bet and I certainly do plan on purchasing them! I love that I can put a few of these bags into my purse, tote bag, diaper bag, my husbands briefcase, gym bag, etcs. and take them with us as we are out and about. I think they also are absolutely fabulous for all of those school lunches we all have to make & pack for our kids. We give the Brothers-All-Natural Freeze-Dried Fruit Crisps a huge two-thumbs up and we recommend this company and their products to you!
