Helen's Kitchen Organic Frozen Entrees

Today I would like to introduce you to a line of delicious organic food items by the company called Helen's Kitchen. When you purchase Helen's Kitchen's products you will find organic entrees like Cheese Enchiladas, Thai Yellow Curry, Thai Red Curry, Mac & Cheese with Real Asiago Cheese and more! In addition to what I previously stated you will find delicious meat alternative products, various tasty burritos and gourmet frozen meals in a bowl. Wow!

My Review: I have never tried any of the Helen's Kitchen products until now and the product I am reviewing for all of you is the Indian Curry which is made with organic peas & Basmati rice. This delicious entree contains 2 servings of vegetables and 10g of protein. It is GMO & Gluten Free! The entree can be made in the microwave oven or in a conventional oven. We decided to make ours in the microwave since we have been having over 90+ degree days here in PA. We removed the tray from the box and made a slit in the top wrap as instructed. We then microwave it on high for 5 minutes and left it sit for 2 minutes and then stirred it before serving it.

The Helen's Kitchen Indian Curry is absolutely delicious and I usually don't care for Indian cuisine. This meal tasted like it was homemade (not from the frozen food aisle) and had a nice blend of authentic Indian spices. The rice and peas were tasty along with the other ingredients in the meal. The meal was very satisfying and my husband and I shared it for lunch and both of us were very pleased with the quality of taste and the ease of preparation.

We highly recommend that you check out Helen's Kitchen organic frozen food items the next time you take a stroll down the frozen foods aisle. We think you would enjoy this Indian Curry dinner just as much as we did. Thank you Helen's Kitchen for participating in a product review here on the Shakin and Bakin Foodie Blog.
