VOGA Italia’s Late Summer Sangria Cocktail Recipe

As we bid adieu to the summer season this Labor Day weekend, impress party guests by allowing late summer fruit to take center stage at cocktail hour. With farmer’s markets and grocers overflowing with ripe peaches, fresh apricots, and the first apples of the season, this Late Summer Sangria recipe from VOGA Italia will help you savor the last days of summer.

VOGA Italia’s Late Summer Sangria Recipe

Ingredients:

· 1 Bottle of VOGA Italia Moscato Wine
· 1 12 oz. bottle of Peach Beer (VOGA recommends using Dogfish Head’s Festina Pêche or Lindemans Pêche Lambic)
· 3 oz. Triple Sec
· 2 sliced peaches
· 2 sliced apricots
· 1 sliced Granny Smith apple
· 1 sliced lemon
· 1 sliced lime
· 1/2 liter club soda

Preparation: Pour wine and beer in a large pitcher and add sliced peach, apricot, apple, lemon and lime. Next add triple sec and stir gently. Chill mixture for at least one hour, and top with club soda and stir before serving.
