Easy To Make Peanut Butter Blossoms Cookies Recipe

Hershey's Kiss Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe If you love the Hershey's Peanut Butter Blossoms Cookies here is an easier way to make them when you are pressed for time. You will need a package of Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Mix. This recipe will make about 3 dozen cookies. I love making this around the holiday time!

Easy Peanut Butter Blossoms Cookie Recipe

36 Hershey's Kisses (milk chocolate, unwrapped)
1 (17.5 ounce) pouch Betty Crocker's Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. water
1 large egg
granulated sugar

Hershey's Kiss Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove wrappers from candy kisses. In a large mixing bowl combine together the cookie mix, vegetable oil, water and large egg until the dough is well mixed and moistened. Shape the cookie dough into 1" diameter balls and roll them in granulated sugar. Place balls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes in a preheated oven until lightly browned. Remove baking sheet from oven and immediately place a Hershey's Kiss into the center of each cookie and then remove them all from the sheet and place on a wire rack to cool. Place cookies in an airtight container for storage.

Note: During the holidays I will actually roll mine into colored granulated sugar instead of plain granulated sugar to give them that holiday touch!
