Delicious Peach Mango and Habanero Glazed Ham Recipe

Today I am sharing a recipe with all of you for this delicious ham which makes a great ham for family meals and for holiday meals. This recipe is by Robert Rothschild Farm and you will need a bottle of their Peach Mango Habanero Sauce to make it. (you can purchase it from their web site). This is a very sweet tasting ham with just a mild kick to it thanks to the Habanero peppers.

Peach Mango and Habanero Glazed Ham Recipe

1 pre-cooked, bone-in ham (about 10 lbs), trimmed off access skin & all but a 1/4" layer of fat
40 whole cloves
1 cup dry white wine
1 bottle Robert Rothschild Farm Peach Mango Habanero Sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Score ham with sharp knife in a diamond pattern. Press a clove into the center of each diamon. Place ham, cut side down into a roasting pan; drizzle white wine over the top. Coat ham with half of the Peach Mango Habanero Sauce. Cover with parchment, then foil and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour.

Remove from oven, increase oven temperature to 425 degrees. Uncover ham, coat with remaining sauce. Bake, uncovered basting occasionally until browned, 40-45 minutes. Transfer the ham to a cutting board, tent loosely with foil; let rest for 30 minutes before carving. Serve the ham with some of your pan drippings.
