Chic and Sophisticated Cocktail Recipes for St. Patrick’s Day

St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner and it’s time to start thinking about what to serve your guest. Instead of serving ordinary green beer filled with calories and unnatural food coloring, dazzle your guests with something a little more sophisticated for your taste buds. Demonstrate your chic bartending skills by serving a refreshing wine infused cocktail. VOGA Italia Wine can be used to make quick and easy cocktails for any occasion. The wine retails anywhere from $10.99-$15.99/bottle which makes entertaining a large crowd extremely affordable. VOGA’s collection ranges from Italian made Pinot Grigio, Premium Sparkling, Moscato, Quattro and Merlot.
VOGA’s Sparkling Green Sangria Recipe

2 bottles of VOGA Italia Moscato Wine
3 oz. Triple Sec
2 sliced cucumbers
2 cups of seedless green grapes
1 sliced Granny Smith apple
1 sliced lemon
1 sliced lime
1/2 liter club soda

Preparation: Pour wine in a pitcher or bowl and add sliced cucumber, apple, lemon and lime. Next add triple sec and stir gently. Cover and chill from 2-24 hours (the longer, the better!) Before serving, top with club soda. Stir gently and serve over ice. Makes about 15 servings.
Kiss me I’m Irish Cocktail Recipe

2 ½ oz VOGA Sparkling
1 oz Midori melon liquor
1 oz vodka
1 ½ oz lemonade

In a shaker, combine ice, VOGA Sparkling, vodka and lemonade. Stir gently and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
Sparkling Shamrock Cocktail Recipe

1 oz coconut flavored rum
5-6 lime wedges
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 ½ oz VOGA Sparkling
5-6 mint leaves

In a shaker, combine ice, rum, simple syrup, and lime juice. Shake and pour into a chilled rocks glass. Add VOGA and mint leaves and gently stir to combine.
Luck of the Irish Cocktail Recipe

2 ½ oz VOGA Sparkling
1 oz vodka
1 oz Midori melon liquor
Lime juice from 1 lime

In a shaker, combine ice, VOGA Sparkling, vodka and lime juice. Stir gently and strain into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with lemon or lime slice.
