Delicious Mojo Pork over White Rice Recipe

If you are tired of the same old, same old pork chop recipe then you have to try out my Aunt's Mojo Pork over White Rice recipe. This recipe is super simple to make and you only need a handful of ingredients to make it. Here in our family...even the kid's like this recipe!

Mojo Pork over White Rice Recipe

1 lb. boneless pork loin chops, cut into strips
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
juice from 2 fresh limes
1 cups of cooked white rice

Place pork strips, finely chopped onion, minced garlic and the juice from 2 limes in a marinating container and place into the refrigerator for 1 hour to marinate. Remove from the refrigerate and place mixture into a large frying pan and simmer over low-medium heat for 20 minutes or until meat is done. While that is simmering...cook your white rice according to package directions. Drain water. Serve pork mixture over-top a heaping spoonful of cooked white rice.
