I absolutely love to cook and bake and it's one of my favorite things to do for my family! With that said, I like to make delicious tasting dishes that don't take hours to prepare and I want them to include every day ingredients. I was recently given the opportunity to do a review for the Gorton's company and I jumped at the chance!

My Review: The great folks over at Gorton's sent us 2 coupons to pick up any 2 Gorton's products that we wanted to try out. The first product we selected was the Gorton's Butterfly Shrimp. These are jumbo-sized shrimp that are covered in a crunchy breaded coating. We placed them onto a baking sheet and placed them into our preheated oven. About 15 minutes later, they were done and on our table.
The family gobbled up the Butterfly Shrimp in rapid fashion and were disappointed that I didn't have more! These shrimps are absolutely delicious and have just the right about of breading on them. I love that there were no shells to peel off and you simply just snipped off the tail and enjoyed them.
The second product we decided to try out was the Beer Batter Fish Tenders. These tenders are made with whole fish fillets with a crispy breaded coating. What I love about this particular product is that one box of them is enough for 2 family meals for our small family. I placed 1/2 of them onto a baking sheet and put them in my preheated oven for about 23 minutes. Once they were done, we gobbled them down for dinner. We loved that the breading was not soft & soggy, but tasty and crispy. yummy!
