Delicious Homemade Hot Dog Sauce Recipe

During the summer months we love to grill up some great tasting hot dogs but after awhile we get bored with our hot dog toppings. Today I am sharing with all of you a vintage recipe I got from my great auntie over 20 years ago for her Hot Dog Sauce. It is delicious and I think your family will really enjoy using it as a hot dog topping.

Auntie's Hot Dog Sauce Recipe

1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. yellow or Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. onion, finely minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

In a medium sized mixing bowl combine together all of the above ingredients until well blended. Cover the bowl and chill the sauce in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to allow the flavors to infuse. Serve this sauce over the top of your favorite hot dogs as a condiment. Will keep refrigerated for up to 4 days.
