Parmesan Tilipia Fillets Fish Recipe

My husband and I don't eat a whole lot of fish but when we do...this is one of the recipes we like to make. You can bake them in the oven, pan-fry them or toss them onto a hot grill. This recipe makes a really nice and filling dinner.

Parmesan Tilipia Fillets Fish Recipe

1 cup corn flakes cereal, crushed
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 lbs. Tilipia fish fillets
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons milk

In a large mixing bowl combine together the corn flakes cereal crumbs, Parmesan cheese and the salt. In a medium sized bowl combine together the beaten eggs with the milk. Dip your fish fillets into the egg mixture first and then toss them into the cereal crumbs until they are coated on both sides.

Fry them up in a hot skillet, toss them onto a hot grill or place them into a baking dish and bake them in a preheated 350 degree F. oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
