Last week I told you all about my sister and how she wanted to open a small frozen yogurt shop. Well, today she told me she is going to go full-out and open a small restaurant in their hometown. I think that it's a wonderful thing to go into business for yourself and we are really excited for my sister.
My brother-in-law is helping my sister and he found a great company for all of the Restaurant Equipment items that she will need. I believe their loan comes through next week, so they will be placing their order to get the items that we need.
He told me that he found the company by doing an online internet search for Hospitality Supplies & Hotel Catering Supplies and that the company came up highly rated in his internet searches. Gotta love the power of the internet to find what you need, when you need it!
Now that they found a great company, I will have to pass the Restaurant Supply information onto my neighbor. She just opened a pretty large bakery right down the street from me and just in the matter of a few weeks, it has become a big hit here in our hometown.
I am really looking forward to eating at my sister's new family restaurant once she opens it come late January. They have a lot of things to do between now and then, so I will have to make do with my own cooking until that time arrives!
