Coconut Pineapple ICE Cocktail Recipe


Summer is finally here and getting into full swing. Now that things are heating up outside, I am ready to enjoy a few refreshing and cold cocktail drinks! The great folks over at Sparkling ICE sent over this recipe for me to share with all of you. It looks and sounds delicious!

Coconut Pineapple ICE Cocktail Recipe

1 oz Mango flavored rum
1 oz Pineapple flavored rum
3 oz Pineapple Coconut Sparkling ICE
Topped with ½ oz of Grand Mariner

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass or coconut shell with a pineapple chuck.
