We love making homemade milkshakes here in our home as we don't use preservatives in them like the fast food restaurants do. This milkshake is really easy to prepare and is one of my daughter's favorites! This recipe makes 1 serving but you can easily double and triple up the ingredients to make a larger batch. You can adjust the granulated sugar and the vanilla ice cream ingredients to your specific liking.
Coconut Pineapple Milkshake Recipe
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup canned crushed pineapple (chilled)
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
1 to 2 tsp. granulated sugar
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup natural vanilla ice cream
Combine all of the above ingredients in a large blender container and process until it's the desired consistency that you prefer. Serve immediately.
