Easy Apple Turnovers Recipe

Apples are one of those fruits that are very versatile in the kitchen. Not only that, they taste good and are good for our health too! We love apples and love to use them in a wide variety of dessert recipes. Today, I wanted to share with all of you an easy way to make apple turnovers that taste delicious! Our entire family loves them!

Easy Apple Turnovers Recipe
1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 small can Apple Pie Filling
2 Tbsp. Butter, Melted
Nonstick Cooking Spray or Additional Melted Butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray the bottom of a baking sheet or baking pan with nonstick cooking spray or lightly grease with butter.

Pop open the can of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls and unroll them. Place each one on the baking sheet. Use a large tablespoon to spoon some apple pie filling onto each Crescent Roll and then roll them up as directed on the package. Melt a little bit of butter in your microwave. Spoon this melted butter over the top of each one.

Place baking sheet into a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until done. They are done when they turn a light golden brown in color. Remove and serve immediately. Be careful, the apple filling will be hot!
