Valentine's Day Cocktails To Fall in Love With


Valentine's Day is just around the corner and it's time to think about all of those yummy cocktails that you want to enjoy. For me personally, I love fruity and sweet drinks but hubby likes his typically stiff & on the rocks.

Here are some great Valentine's Day Cocktail Recipes to get you started.

Passion Margarita Cocktail Recipe

In a shaker, combine:
1.5 oz. 100% blue agave blanco tequila
1.5 oz. Powell & Mahoney Mango Passion Margarita mixer
1/2 oz. almond syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitter
Juice of half a lime

Spicy Snapper Cocktail Recipe

In a shaker, combine:
4 oz. Powell & Mahoney Sriracha Bloody Mary mixer
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
1 ½ oz. gin
Gently shake. Strain into a pint glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge and celery leaves.

Cosmo Berry Spritz Cocktail Recipe

In a shaker, combine:
2 oz. Powell & Mahoney Cosmopolitan mixer
1 medium strawberry
3 oz. dry white wine

Muddle strawberry and gently shake. Strain all ingredients into a wine glass filled with ice and stop with a splash of soda and garnish with an orange wheel.

The Sour Cocktail Recipe

In a shaker, combine:
1 ½ - 2 oz. spirit of choice
1 oz. Powell & Mahoney Lemon Sour mixer

Gently shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

My favorite is the Cosmo Berry Spritz cocktail, but depending upon my mood I might want one thatis sweet and sour or spicy and those recipes are here too.
