FunBites Award-Winning Food Cutter

Do you have a picky eater? Looking to make meal and snack time fun for your little ones? If so, the FunBites award winning food cutter may be the answer. This nifty little item creates bite-sized fun shapes and can be used with all kinds of different foods.

You can use it on fruits, sandwiches, quesadillas, brownies, cookies, rolled dough, etc. It's available in three different designs: squares, hearts and triangles which is the one we received for this review. The entire unit is small & compact and consists of two plastic pieces. It doesn't take up much room at all in your drawer or cabinet. It's BPA free, dishwasher safe and made in the U.S.A.
To Use: Place FunBites cutter on top of food. Remove popper top & put to the side. Hold cutter handles, press down firmly and rock back & forth to cut the food. Insert the popper top. Life cutter up and push popper top down to pop out fun bite-sized pieces.

My grand daughter was over visiting a few days ago and we made a batch of chocolate brownies. Once they had completely cooled she got to try out the new FunBites food cutter that I received for this review. I read the instructions to her and showed her how it worked. She then took over and had a lot of fun cutting out triangle-shaped brownies that were bite-sized.
She's 6 years old and was able to completely do this herself and she had a lot of fun doing it! It's always nice when you can involve the kids in mealtime preparations or just spend time with them in the kitchen! Luckily for us, she isn't a picky eater but I think if you had kids who were...this would be a fun way to cut out their food and let them try something new...at least make it a little bit more interesting for them. Once you are done using it...it clean's up in a snap!

I never though about having kids use the funBites food cutters to cut up,their own food. That is another way of getting them to eat what Is prepared.
