Halloween is just around the corner. I love seeing all of the Halloween theme'd food and beverage recipes and projects pinned on Pinterest. Some of them are too time consuming & complicated so I avoid those because I'm all about the "EASY". These cookies can be made up to two days ahead. This recipe makes 12 skull cookies.
