Thin Mint Smoothie Recipe

The Girl Scouts have been hitting the streets hard with their sashes and irresistible sales pitches that no one can say no to. It’s a good thing we only have the opportunity to buy the cookies once a year because before you know it, an entire sleeve of thin mints is totally gone…

And with the warmer weather, AKA swimsuit season, just around the corner, you might find yourself entering panic mode due to your late night mint and chocolate cravings.

Thin Mint Smoothie Recipe

2 cups organic spinach
1 cup almond milk
2 scoops UX3: The Body Shaping Beverage
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
Stevia to taste
¼ cup rolled oats
5 drops peppermint extract

Puree all ingredients until smooth.

I like this recipe, but I am not sure what is in the UX3 powder. The other ingredients are all good for the body and low in sugar and fat.
